The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) provides routine preventive maintenance and unlimited callouts for covered services throughout the year, though, booking required before service request. In contrast, the emergency callout service is designed for urgent issues in which client enjoys availability without booking as well as priority booking and emergency callouts at no extra cost.

Are spare parts and materials included in the maintenance packages?
Labor charges for covered services are included in all packages. However, spare parts and materials are billed separately. We offer transparent pricing and approval before any extra charges are applied.
6. What is the validity period of the annual maintenance contract, and what are the payment terms?
Our contracts are valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Full payment is required in advance at the time of signing the contract to ensure uninterrupted service throughout the year. Renewal reminders are sent before the contract expiry, giving you ample time to continue enjoying hassle-free home maintenance without any service gaps.
